This is the first breeding between these two. Both have exceptional work ethics, love to retrieve and are fun to work. I would expect the pups from this litter to be medium sized dogs with lots of go but very very tractable.
I've worked several of Gale's pups in the past and what can I say...they are fun fun fun! Rocky is a super nice boy. Tons of go, very birdy and is very affectionate. We are very excited about this special litter of chocolates.
There is no Lean Mac or NFC "Rascal" in this litter. It provides a super outcross to just about all the other field chocolate litters out there.

This should be a great litter of field dogs. I would expect medium to larger dogs with plenty of drive but very tractable. I would also expect them to be excellent markers and great water dogs.
I have worked several of Buddha's puppies in the past and have not worked one I didn't like yet. He has several pups in competition homes. He has sired MHs, SHs and JHs alike plus plenty of great gundogs.
Diamond has had one litter in the past. Most of those pups went to gundog homes but reports say they are nice field dogs.
